1. Every purchase order worth over £150 or more quoting relevant promotional code will receive a free Thorntons Chocolate Spooky Treats Bag. Orders over £150 will receive an extra bag per £150 value, until the next gift promotion tier of £500.
2. All purchase orders over £500 or more quoting relevant promotional code will receive one free Thorntons Toffee Gift Box, regardless of value, subject to a maximum purchase of 5 ribbons per order.
3. Promotion starts on Monday 11th October, purchase order must be received before 5pm Friday 29th October, to be eligible for free gift.
4. Order values stated exclude carriage and VAT.
5. With prior approval customers can chose to claim free Treat Bags instead of a Toffee Gift Box at Safetynet's Solutions discretion, up to a maximum of 5 bags per order.
6. The images that have been used to promote the offer are for illustration only.
7. Open to UK residents only aged 18 or over.
8. There is no cash alternative to the prize offered.
9. There are no further alternatives to the gifts offered.
10. Free gift will be dispatched with order or within 14 days of delivery of order by a major courier.
11. Excludes all Safetynet Solutions Trade Accounts.
12. Employees of the promoter are not eligible for entry.
13. The promoter's decision is final and legally binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable.
16. The promoter makes no representation or warranty regarding the quality of the gifts and any conditions, warranties, or other terms implied by statute or common law are hereby excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any complaints shall be directed to the relevant third party provider.
17. Entry into the offer will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
